Group Planning

We specialize in comprehensive, full service group travel planning. We coordinate school groups, church groups, family groups, cruise groups or any other type of group to travel anywhere. From a family reunion at Disney World to a weekend Chicago Christmas shopping trip, to a week long Caribbean cruise, we work closely with clients to develop a complete group travel package including air arrangements / motorcoach charters / train travel / hotels / sightseeing / dining and any other inclusions the group leaders may desire depending on the groups requirements and budget. From 10 to 100 or more we are your custom group planner.

On most of our customized group trips, we also send a tour escort from our office to travel with the group. This person is there in case of unforeseen situations and also to handle all the 'behind the scenes' activities such as securing hotel check in / coordination of ground transportation / acquiring of show tickets and all the other things that take any unnecessary pressure off of the group participants. We're there 24/7 on site with most of our groups to ensure everything goes smoothly.
